CEO

Joining Place-IL as CEO in September 2024 was deeply personal for me. A career in tech transformed my life, enabling me to support my family and pursue inspiring roles. Now, I’m driven to help others rewrite their own stories through high-tech opportunities.

In 2024, we expanded our impact with the launch of a subsidized internship program in partnership with the Israeli Innovation Authority. I’m particularly proud of initiatives like the Israeli Tech Negev Fund and the new hub in Sderot, which emerged in response to October 7th. These initiatives were made possible by our dedicated team, partners, and volunteers. 2025 will be a year of growth, fueled by new initiatives to reach more candidates and support the tech industry’s efforts to rebuild Israel’s North and South. Our mission extends beyond individual transformation — it’s about bridging societal gaps, promoting inclusivity, and driving sustainable growth within Israel’s tech ecosystem.

Following October 7th, we founded the Israeli Tech Negev Fund to rebuild the western Negev through the power of the tech industry and cultivate a thriving hi-tech talent pool in the region.

Hundreds of skilled professionals have been identified and 30+ successful tech placements have been made.

It's inspiring to see how Place-IL has become the driving force of Israeli tech in its mission to open its doors to the periphery and underrepresented groups. The Israeli tech industry has a responsibility to bridge the gap between the center and the periphery, driving growth in areas like the Negev and the Galilee.
