The program is designed for STEM students (2nd year and up) and STEM graduates from underrepresented populations, including miluim, discharged soldiers, candidates from Israel’s geographic periphery, and Arab Society, Circassian, Ultra-Orthodox, Ethiopian Israeli, and Oleh Hadash.

No prior professional experience is required. We focus on potential, learning ability, and readiness to grow.
